Marriage intensives are an in-depth counseling approach designed to assist couples in getting more accomplished at a quicker pace. In traditional weekly counseling, it will take couples about 20 weeks to complete 20 sessions, while in our marriage intensive program we complete 20 sessions in 4 days. In normal counseling couples often find themselves discussing other matters that come up along the way, rather than the true reason for which they first started therapy. This can leave couples bewildered and thinking that they can’t be helped, when that is not true. The problem isn’t the couple, but the method. Our marriage intensive approach helps couples get to the root issues of their problems and begin to make progress because we have the expertise and time to do so.
